adidas NMD_V3 GTX – black men's sneakers GX9472, urban

adidas NMD_V3 GTX (GX9472) are men's black sneakers combining an urban look with moisture protection. They have a textile upper with a GORE-TEX membrane that reduces water penetration in the rain. The midsole provides responsive cushioning when walking in the city. The design reflects the heritage of the NMD series in a minimalist urban design.

From a construction point of view, it is a knitted upper combined with a water-repellent membrane, which keeps the foot dry without significantly limiting breathability. The rubber outsole provides basic traction on urban surfaces and durability in everyday use. The model is intended for everyday wear in the city, for walking and everyday movement, not as specialized outdoor shoes.

Material

• Upper: knitted textile with integrated GORE-TEX membrane; clean with a damp cloth, do not wash in the washing machine.
• Lining: textile layered with GORE-TEX membrane for moisture resistance; do not tumble dry, do not expose to direct heat.
• Midsole: lightweight cushioning foam with built-in NMD blocks for stability; avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
• Outsole: durable rubber compound with regular urban traction; if heavily soiled, clean gently, do not bleach.

FAQ

• Are these sneakers waterproof?
The model contains a GORE‑TEX membrane, which reduces water penetration in rain and wet weather; however, it is not intended for prolonged immersion in water.
• How to properly care for an upper with a GORE‑TEX membrane?
Clean with a soft damp cloth, do not immerse in water, do not machine wash or dry on direct heat; if necessary, use an impregnation product designed for textile and GORE‑TEX surfaces.
